Abuelo XV Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish is a special variant from the Abuelo series and is marketed in a limited edition. This rum is 15 years old and is produced through the solera process. The rum has then matured in Oloroso Sherry barrels. This ageing gives the rum a unique flavour. On the nose this rum has something of cocoa and vanilla. In the mouth we find more of sweet fruit, vanilla and notes of wood.
