Barcelo Imperial Onyx
Barceló Imperial Onyx comes from the Dominican Republic. Made up of a blend of rums aged for 10 years in heavily charred bourbon casks, this expression was filtered through onyx stones (hence the name) prior to bottling. Each production stage makes for a rich and complex rum. Tasting notes: Sweet cherry, brown butter, coffee and dried fruits, notably fig, alongside notes of vanilla and gentle oak spice.
