Tasting Notes

Nose: Sherry-rich dried fruits, dark chocolate, orange peel, warm oak, subtle smoke, and hints of figs and cinnamon.

Palate: Full-bodied and elegant with flavours of stewed plums, raisins, toffee, roasted nuts, charred oak, gentle peat smoke, and balanced spice. Smooth and complex with beautiful structure.

Finish: Long, warming, and refined with lingering sherry sweetness, soft smoke, dark chocolate, oak tannins, and spice.
