Part two of the 1990-vintage pair in the Glenallachie 50th anniversary collection, showing a different side to sherry maturation than its sister cask, #2515. Selected by distillery owner and industry veteran Billy Walker, this is a full-on sherried dram, with more subtlety and complexity than you might expect. Well balanced dried fruit and spice backed up against a background of fresh berries and chocolate.
