An agricultural rum made, as we know, from a variety of cane with particularly intense flavours and a purplish colour, which gave it its nickname.
We knew the "white rum" version of this 2020 edition, and it had already charmed us... This time, it is the "old rum" version that is revealed to us.
It is a blend of different Canne Bleue vintages aged for three years. The maturation was carried out in American oak barrels that had previously contained Bourbon.
This year, 2020, marks the 20th anniversary of the legendary Canne Bleue.
And it is precisely to celebrate this emblematic date that this delicious old rum has been elaborated, under the attentive supervision of Robert Peronet, the brand's Cellar Master.
