A white agricole rum, rustic and powerful, with all the straight character and "green" taste of fresh sugar cane. Perfect for cocktails or with ground ice. Appearance: Ice colour. Nose: Incredibly salty, with notes of green olives, wet vegetation, mint and a hint of earthiness. Taste: Intense but not aggressive, it immediately shows the same notes of seawater and green olives, very tasty. Aftertaste: The sugar cane sweetness compensates for the salty notes and there is also a hint of greasiness. Very mineral.
