Rumbullion

Rumbullion is a spicy, cockle-warming concoction based on the kind of rich, full-bodied rums that sailors enjoyed centuries ago.
At the heart of this fabulous winter drink is a blend of the finest high-alcohol Caribbean rums, with the addition of creamy Madagascar vanilla and a generous helping of orange zest. A secret recipe was followed, finished with a handful of cassia and cloves and just a hint of cardamom.
