The Togouchi 12 Years Old is kind of a weird and unique blended whisky. This Japanese blend is made up of 40% Scottish malt whisky and 60% Canadian grain whisky and then it is matured in an old railway tunnel in Japan. The 361 meter long tunnel helps to maintain a constant temperature of 14°C with 80% humidity. This expression is lightly peated, chill filtered and bottled at 40% ABV with artificial colouring added.
