Made at Tormore distillery, this Speyside single malt has been matured in ex-bourbon casks for 13 years, before being bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2019 as part of its Discovery Series. Aromas of pineapples, grapefruit, coconut and vanilla mingle with freshly-cut grass on the nose, and the palate offers notes of baked apples, milk chocolate and lime, developing into a clean, herbal finish.
