Waterford SFO Lakefield 1.1 Single Malt Whisky is the newest addition. In the shadow of the medieval lighthouse at Hook Head, barley is grown on loamy clay soils influenced by the salty ocean breeze. Like all single farm origins, this Waterford edition was bottled at 50%.
