El Dorado 1993 Enmore - Rare Collection
This very rare Demerara Rum has been distilled on the Wooden Continuous Coffey Still, aged in former bourbon barrels, bottled as a limited release. Tasting notes: silky smooth with vanilla, followed by deep caramel, toffee, coconut, pecan , pumpkin with hints of clove and nutmeg. The body is medium-heavy, perfectly balanced with a long, thick caramel-sweet finish and ripe fruit notes, but still with a pleasingly dry finish.
