This very rare Demerara Rum has been distilled on the Wooden Single Pot Still, aged in former bourbon barrels, bottled as a limited release. Tasting Notes: Slightly briny and nutty notes along with sweet aromatic notes of honey and caramel, and spices like vanilla, cinnamon and liquorice. Sweet and savoury notes are nicely balanced, like salted toffee, with familiar notes of oak, dried fruit like apricots, and nuts, like hazelnut and almonds.
